By using Wobe, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping access to your phone number secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Wobe only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse invite links, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, interfere with service operation, or submit fraudulent contribution records.
4. Group and Contribution Records
Wobe provides recordkeeping and coordination tools for groups, susu rounds, events, and emergency collections. Group organisers and designated collectors can confirm certain contribution records.
5. No Financial Advice or Custody
Wobe is a coordination platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Wobe is not a bank, money transmitter, or investment advisor, and does not guarantee returns or member behavior.
6. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all errors will be corrected immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wobe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, present security risks, or misuse the platform. You may stop using Wobe at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
