This policy explains how Wobe handles your information when you use our app and website.

1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your phone number, name, and optional neighbourhood. We also collect app data you provide, including group memberships, invite-code activity, contribution records, event and emergency collections, and profile updates.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to create and secure accounts, run OTP-based login, manage groups and contributions, support invite links, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We also keep security and audit logs for fraud detection and operational monitoring.
3. Payments and Financial Data
Wobe records contribution details (for example MoMo, cash, or bank) for group transparency. Wobe does not currently process card payments directly inside the app.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
Data is shared with members of your groups as needed for core product functionality, such as contribution status and round/collection tracking. We may disclose data when required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal, security, and accounting obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely risk-free.
6. Your Choices
You may request profile updates or account-related support by contacting us. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
7. Children's Privacy
Wobe is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
